Pandebono
Pandebono is a delicious Colombian
Cheese Bread, perfect for breakfast or
an afternoon snack with coffee. It is made
with Fresh White Cheese, Cassava (Tapioca)
Flour, Yellow Cornmeal and other ingredients.
The Pandebono is best when it is warm
and soft. It can be reheated very well in the oven.
Traditionally, Pandebono is consumed
a few minutes after baking while still
warm with hot chocolate.
